Positions Available: SERVERS Granville Servers are the face of our dining room. If you genuinely care about people, aren't afraid of hard work, and like to make money, Granville might just be the place for you. HOSTS/ HOSTESSES Hosts and hostesses represent the guests' first impression of the Granville ® experience
and therefore must be hospitable, highly trained and helpful with
educating our customers about our food and making
them feel welcome. Big smiles required. KITCHEN MANAGERS Our Kitchen Managers are highly skilled, extensively trained and
passionate about good food. Their responsibility is
to produce the highest quality food for our customers by training and managing fellow Villagers to uphold our standards while controlling costs and inventory. ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGERS Our Assistant Kitchen Managers support the Kitchen Managers with all kitchen management duties. ASSISTANT MANAGERS Assistant Managers are responsible for supervising and managing our
dining room staff to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction while maintaining our company culture. Assistant Managers support the General Manager to ensure efficient operations. GENERAL MANAGERS Our General Managers are first and foremost responsible for maintaining a positive work environment for the Villagers. Our culture is paramount and the General Manager is responsible to maintain it. The General Managers also ensure the implementation and maintenance
of quality standards and operational systems while controlling costs and inventory.
